Refund Policy

MySoftKeys360.com is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products at affordable prices.
Product keys are currently delivered via email only. Once your purchase is approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within 6 hours, but it may take up to one full business day to deliver the product. Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with your product key to the email address you provided on our order form.
Please Note: The product key is considered a "digital product," and once it is delivered via email, it cannot be returned, as it is not a physical product that can be resold to another user. Therefore, no refunds will be issued. However, we have the following refund policy for our customers:

Refund Cases:
A refund will be issued if MySoftKeys360.com fails to deliver the product key via email.

Refund Processing Time:
It may take from 4 to 6 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on the buyer’s bank or service provider to transfer the amount to the payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet) used for the payment.

No Refund in the Following Cases:

If the buyer places the wrong order without reading the full product description and the product key has already been delivered via email.
If the buyer fails to download the correct software file due to poor internet connection.
If the buyer fails to download and install the correct software due to lack of technical knowledge.
If the product key fails to activate on the buyer's computer, MySoftKeys360.com will issue a new product key via email within the specified time period. The buyer must send a full-screen screenshot that includes the error window, software version/edition info, current date and time, and email it to MySoftKeys360.com.
The buyer has only 3 days from the date of purchase to inform us about the product key activation failure. After 3 days from the date of purchase, no new product key will be issued under any circumstances.
